Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We No Longer accept credit card payment (Visa and MasterCard). You can use a card via PayPal

Shipping And Handling There are no shipping or handling charges for deliveries to the UK over £5. All prices include postage and packaging.

We currently only process online orders from the UK. However, we can deliver to anywhere in the world and will find the most appropriate and economical means of dispatch for your order - please contact us for a quotation on 020 8590 3994 or shop@aerial-antics.com

Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5 working days. Wholesale orders and customized balls will take longer to deliver and delivery schedules for these are arranged on an individual basis.

Back Orders We do try to ensure that we have good stock availability of all our products. However, some lines may sell faster than expected.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges All Aerial Antics products are shown inclusive of VAT (15%). We currently only process online orders made from the UK where VAT is applicable. Orders from outside the UK are processed offline. Please contact us with your requirements.

Credit Card Security We want you to shop online with confidence. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card transactions use a secure server.

When you place an order at Aerial Antics, your credit card details are processed by SECURETRADING, an accredited Payment Service Provider. SECURETRADING protect your credit card details from interception because they scramble (or encrypt) the details before they are sent from your computer to theirs. Depending on your browser, you will see a different confirmation that your connection is secure, but for the most common browsers, you will see a closed padlock at the foot of your screen.

SECURETRADING (ST) offers unrivalled security and currently offers a level of encryption that is stronger than any other Payment Service Provider. All communication within the ST system is strongly encrypted using 2048-bit Public/Private Key encryption with variable 168-bit session keys.

Guarantee We expect you to be delighted with your goods from Aerial Antics. If, for some reason, you are not, you are welcome to return goods in a resaleable condition within 28 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of return of goods.

In the unlikely event of your goods arriving in a damaged or faulty condition we will replace your goods or issue a refund if you prefer - please let us know straight away.

We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item. Aerial Antics will not be held liable for the cost of return or lost parcels.

Please note that for returned goods, we will refund the price of the goods but not the delivery charge (unless the entire order was cancelled within 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the goods). For exchanges, the replacement goods will be delivered to you free of charge.

Aerial Antics extra guarantees are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Aerial Antics do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

Returns Policy The UK's Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 allow you to cancel your contract within seven working days from receipt of goods.

To cancel your contract please write to us at the above address, send an email to shop@aerial-antics.com with the order number and your instruction to cancel, or call our customer service line on 020 8590 3994.

If your order has already been dispatched, you must repackage the relevant items and return them to Aerial Antics. If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. We will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case, within 30 days after we receive your notification.
